What is a Bus Bonanza?
I am sure you are wondering what a Bus Bonanza is. The idea to host an event in Danville, GA at the Hummingbird Tiny Home Rentals 10 acre property was born in the fall of 2022. After the first annual South Eastern Tiny Home Festival, we knew that we wanted to host another event that was geared towards skoolie owners, van lifers, and tiny dwellers. Thus Bus Bonanza was born!
Who are your hosts?
Tom and Denise Ryals are the owners of Hummingbird Tiny Home Rentals in Danville, GA. As the oldest tiny home builder east of the Mississippi, Tom and Denise are no strangers to living tiny. Their homes have been featured on multiple HGTV shows, shared in numerous tiny home shows across the county, and have been stayed in by countless travelers passing through GA via Airbnb and VRBO.
Can we bring pets?
Pets must be on a leash at all times. This is a working farm with horses and donkeys that may take more kindly to humans who seem less of a threat than their pets. Please do not have your pets around the farm animals. Of course, it is expected that you pick up after your pet’s poo.
Is there water and a dump station?
There will be a dedicated dump station on property to properly dispose of waste water.
There will be multiple areas to fill fresh water on site.
Please park only long enough to service your rig.
Are there Quiet Hours?
10 pm – 8am. Music and lights should be turned down by 10pm.
Some may have to work, or have children that need rest.
We also need to be respectful to our neighbors.

The restroom will be open 24/7.
The seating area is open to all between the hours of 8 am - 10 pm.
The outdoor TV will be used only during planned movie nights.
